These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of KindRaise (the "Service"), operated by KindRaise ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
KindRaise is a fundraising and campaign management platform that helps nonprofits and organizers run campaign pages, ticketed events, silent auctions, donations and supporter tracking. We may add, change or remove features from time to time.
You need an account to use the Service, created with an email and password or via Google sign-in. You're responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect unauthorized access.
Any fees for the Service are agreed with you separately and are payable on the terms shown in the applicable order or service agreement.
You agree not to misuse the Service - including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, access other customers' data without authorization, or use it for any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate this section.
You retain ownership of the campaign, donor, supporter and other data you upload to the Service ("Customer Data"). You grant us a limited license to host, process and display Customer Data solely to provide and improve the Service. You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of the data you upload.
The Service, including its software, design and branding, is owned by KindRaise and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms don't grant you any rights to our trademarks or branding beyond what's needed to use the Service.
You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms, including for non-payment. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we'll provide a reasonable window to export Customer Data where feasible.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are material, we'll make reasonable efforts to notify you (for example, by email or an in-app notice). Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
